Dr. Johannes Flosbach, with a PhD in Banking and Finance, has over 15 years of experience in strategy and operations across Africa, including work at Bain & Company and Roland Berger.
In 2015, he joined Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, contributing to the development of leading companies like WACUB and WASIL.
Currently, he manages Cormart Nigeria Limited and Chi Farms Limited which are key players in Nigeria’s chemical and poultry sectors. He teaches strategy and entrepreneurship to MBA and PhD students at the University of Lagos.
