MEMBERSHIP MOBILIZATION AND REV

The Membership Working Group (WG) is dedicated to enriching and expanding the Platform’s membership base through strategic initiatives and collaborative efforts. With a focus on ensuring active participation and administering benefits to members, the WG endeavours to cultivate an inclusive and vibrant membership community that contributes to the success and sustainability of the Platform.

Objectives of the Working Group

  • Expansion and diversification: Aims to broaden and diversify the Platform’s membership base by engaging individuals and organizations from various backgrounds and sectors.
  • Attraction and retention strategies: devise and implement strategies to attract new members to the Platform while ensuring the retention of existing ones, tailored to diverse audiences’ evolving needs and interests.
  • Networking and collaboration: Facilitating networking opportunities and cultivating collaboration among members, fostering knowledge sharing, partnership building, and collective problem-solving.
  • Effective communication of benefits: Ensuring clear and concise communication of membership benefits and services to both current and prospective members is vital to maximizing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and evaluation: Continuously assessing member satisfaction and engagement levels enables us to identify areas for enhancement and ensure alignment of membership initiatives with the needs and expectations of our members.
  • Recruitment and onboarding support: Offering assistance for the recruitment and onboarding of new members, we provide guidance, resources, and support to facilitate their seamless integration into the Platform community.
